For photographers, florists, musicians, and coordinators.
Approved Vendors
Approved vendors must confirm arrival window and coordinate with the on-site event lead upon arrival.
Load-in
Load-in occurs through the north service entrance. Please coordinate with your event lead at least 48 hours in advance.
Insurance
Vendors must provide proof of general liability insurance for on-site work.
Setup
Vendors follow the timeline provided by the event lead. Music sound checks conclude 30 minutes before guest arrival.
Breakdown
All vendor equipment must be broken down and removed by 11:00 pm unless otherwise agreed in advance.
