Deposit & Cancellation Policy

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the estimated event total is due at signing to hold the date.

One rescheduling may be applied at no charge if requested more than 180 days prior to the event, subject to availability.

Deposit is retained; balance is fully refundable.

Deposit retained; 50% of contracted minimum due.

Deposit retained; 100% of contracted minimum due.

Outdoor spaces are held with an indoor rain plan. No cancellation charges apply for weather-driven space moves.
