What types of events does Waterhouse host?
Weddings, rehearsal dinners, private dining, corporate events, celebrations, retreats, and full venue buyouts.
What is the minimum guest count?
Private dining begins at 8 guests. Larger seated events typically start at 30.
Do you offer ceremony and reception?
Yes — vows in the Ceremony Space, cocktails on the Pine Street Terrace, and dinner in the Sherwood Room.
Do you offer rehearsal dinners?
Yes — held most beautifully in the Sherwood Room with our Hearth package.
Is the Sherwood Room truly private?
Yes. One event at a time in the room, always.
Do you have AV support?
Yes — discreet AV, microphones, and projection can be arranged.
Can menus be customized?
Every event menu is designed with our chef around the season, your guests, and the occasion.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Yes — we thoughtfully accommodate allergies and dietary preferences with advance notice.
Do you offer wine pairings?
Yes — curated pairings by our sommelier are available for every tasting menu.
How much is the deposit?
A signed agreement and non-refundable deposit hold your date. Deposit ranges are shared during proposal.
What is the cancellation policy?

When do you need a final guest count?
Final guest count is due seven days before the event.
Can we bring outside vendors?
We welcome preferred vendors for florals, music, and photography. All food and beverage are prepared in-house.
Is the venue accessible?
Yes — accessible entry, seating, and restrooms are available throughout the property.
Is there parking?
Yes — on-site parking is available; valet is arranged for larger events.

Is there a food and beverage minimum?
Yes, minimums vary by date, space, and season. Our team will share exact figures during your inquiry.
Is the calculator final pricing?
No. It provides a planning estimate. Final proposals depend on final headcount, menu, and services.
