Private Event Terms

Every event is governed by a signed private event agreement between the host and Waterhouse Events LLC.

General event liability insurance may be required for buyouts and larger events; details are outlined in the agreement.

The host is responsible for damage caused by guests or vendors during the event.

Waterhouse may take and use event photography subject to your written consent.

Waterhouse accommodates dietary requests with advance notice. In an environment that handles common allergens, cross-contact cannot be entirely eliminated.

All alcohol service follows California law; Waterhouse reserves the right to refuse service.
