Fine Dining

Fine dining rooted inseason, place, and hospitality.

Waterhouse offers fine dining through private events, curated dinners, and seasonal experiences rather than nightly restaurant service.

Dining Philosophy

A menu written by the season.

Our chef writes each event menu the same week it will be served, from what our farms, foragers, and river are giving that day. Nothing arrives on the plate that isn’t in season, and nothing is over-plated.

Seasonal cooking rooted in Nevada County, with beloved signatures — cheese fondue, cedar plank salmon, and a chocolate fondue finish.
